EnviroSafe EPA Regulations and OSHA Compliance

EPA NESHAP 6H Certification

This regulation impacts ALL collision repair businesses.

A Petition for Exemption or Compliance Certification is due March 2011, unless your shop began
operations after September 2007. These "new shops" require Compliance Certification now.

EnviroSafe will help you meet requirements in the most efficient cost-effective way.

We will confirm and document through your jobber whether you may qualify for the Petition for
Exemption. If so, we will advise you and complete the process.

If necessary, we will complete your Compliance Certification. This includes completing and
submitting the Certification Form and having the required documentation readily available.

This documentation includes:

1. Records to include copies of notifications submitted to EPA
2. Painter training certifications with documentation
3. Spray booth filter efficiency documentation
4. Spray gun transfer efficiency
5. MeCl content information (products, quantities of Methylene Chloride and MSDS)
6. Written MeCl minimization plan if annual usage > 1 ton per year
7. Deviation and corrective action documentation (if necessary)

The cost of completing the Compliance Certification Process is $249.

Let experienced experts collect your required documentation, produce a recordkeeping system,
provide materials and support to meet painter training requirements, and facilitate the completion
of the process and timely submission of materials.

To begin this process, please complete the attached NESHAP Compliance Certification Data Sheet
and fax to 847-740-1635 or call 800-619-9733.
